1. Who we are
The party responsible for your personal data (the “controller”) is Sonmez LLC (operating as Pusulart Studio), 30 N Gould St Ste 28906, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us about privacy matters at [email protected].
2. Scope
This policy applies to all mobile applications and games published by Pusulart Studio on the Apple App Store and Google Play (the “Apps”) and to the website at pusulartstudio.com (together, the “Services”). Some Apps may show an additional, app-specific notice that supplements this policy.
3. Data we collect
Information you provide
- Account data — such as your name or display name, email address, phone number, password (stored only in hashed form) and profile photo, if an App offers accounts.
- Content you create — such as listings, photos, descriptions, messages to other users, reviews and other content you submit.
- Transaction data — for marketplace features, details of items bought or sold, prices and shipping information. Card details are processed by our payment providers or the app stores; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send to our support or privacy teams.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and how you interact with the App.
- Identifiers — app-instance IDs, push notification tokens and, only with your permission where required, advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android).
- Approximate location — derived from IP address. Precise location is collected only if you grant permission, for features that need it (for example, showing nearby listings), and can be disabled in your device settings.
Information from third parties
- Sign-in providers — if you choose “Sign in with Apple” or “Sign in with Google”, we receive the basic profile information you authorize.
- App stores and payment providers — confirmation of purchases and subscriptions.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric or religious data).
4. How we use data
- Provide, operate and maintain the Services, including your account and core features.
- Enable marketplace features such as listings, messaging between users and transactions.
- Process purchases and subscriptions, and provide customer support.
- Keep the Services safe — prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- Understand usage, fix bugs and improve performance and features.
- Send service messages (for example security alerts) and, with your consent where required, marketing.
- Show advertising in free Apps, as described below.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
5. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to provide the Services you request.
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, analytics and product improvement, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — for personalized advertising, optional permissions (such as precise location or notifications) and marketing; you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — for tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
6. How we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — for example cloud hosting, databases, authentication, crash reporting, analytics, customer support, email delivery and payment processing.
- Other users — content you choose to make public (such as listings, your public profile and reviews) is visible to other users, and messages are shared with their recipients.
- Advertising partners — in free Apps, as described in section 7.
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. Advertising and analytics
Some free Apps may display ads through third-party networks such as Google AdMob. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads.
- On iOS, we only access your advertising identifier if you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Google › Ads).
- In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we request your consent before showing personalized ads, using a certified consent management platform where required.
We use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand how the Apps perform. Where possible, this data is aggregated or pseudonymized.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records longer — for example transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years), or data needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or comply with law. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days.
9. Account and data deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time:
- In the App — where available, go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
- By email — write to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”, the name of the App and the email address or username associated with your account. Please send the request from that email address so we can verify it.
We will verify your request, confirm by email, and complete deletion within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete specific data without deleting your account. Full details, including what is deleted and what is retained, are on our account deletion page.
Deleting an App from your device does not delete your account. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be canceled separately in your store account.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy (portability);
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing and processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month (GDPR) or 45 days (US state laws), and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. California and other US state residents
This section supplements the policy for residents of California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA) and other US states with comparable privacy laws.
| Category (CCPA) | Examples | Collected |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email, account ID, device IDs, IP address | Yes |
| Customer records | Contact and shipping details | Yes, if you transact |
| Commercial information | Purchases, listings, transaction history | Yes |
| Internet / network activity | App interactions, crash logs | Yes |
| Geolocation | Approximate location; precise only with permission | Yes |
| User content | Photos, listings, messages | Yes |
| Sensitive personal information | Account login credentials | Only to provide the Services |
Sources, purposes and recipients are described in sections 3, 4 and 6. Retention is described in section 8.
- No sale. We do not sell personal information. If an App shows personalized ads, this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out by disabling ad personalization on your device (see section 7) or by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where technically applicable.
- Your rights. You may request to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information only as permitted by law.
- Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we may ask for proof of authorization and verify your identity.
- Minors. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
12. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the US and other countries. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.
13. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and authorities of breaches where required by law.
14. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn we have collected such data without valid parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact [email protected]. If we publish an App directed at children, it will follow applicable children’s privacy laws (such as COPPA) and the relevant app store policies, and an app-specific notice will apply.
15. This website
pusulartstudio.com is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers and does not require you to create an account. Our hosting and content-delivery providers (including Cloudflare) process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. If you email us, we use your message only to respond.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email where appropriate.
